To celebrate my last day of manliness in my gym, I did INSANITY: THE ASYLUM, Strength. That workout burns my back and shoulders really good and has me jumping with a 25lb weight which can give my legs a pretty good burn.
Today I had eaten about 1270 calories by 6pm when I started my Brazil Butt Lift workout: Bum Bum (pronounced Boom Boom). I didn't know my legs were already tired, but near the end of this 36 minute "easy" workout, they were burnin'! As I prepared dinner after the workout, my legs wanted to cramp and quit.
Admittedly, I was running a calorie deficit and using advanced techniques from TurboFire and INSANITY to get a little better form, higher jumps, harder kicks, and deeper squats. But I walked away with a stronger respect for this "girlie-workout." I am sure I will be feeling this tomorrow.
