Brazil Buttlift by Leandro Carvalho


So I got a review from one of my peeps on the new program, Brazil Buttlift. Let me just say, this workout helped her pack a 30lb pack all over Eaton Ridge last weekend. You go, girl!

 Overview-This program is great for beginners, people who like dancing and enjoy a high-energy, fast-paced workout. The Bum Bum and High and Lift are great for those that are looking for an additional video to add to their regular fitness plan to help with those trouble areas. The best thing about these videos is that they can easily be done in your front room (without having to remove pictures off the wall) and does not require a lot of equipment.
Note: Videos are in English and Spanish. They can be played with or without music.

Butt Lift Basics-14 minute instructional video to discuss form. I highly recommend watching because most of the videos do not take a lot of time to teach.

Bum Bum-35 minutes. Stretch before doing this video. High-energy variety of leg lifts and squats. Some moves like the Inpanema Walk take coordination and practice; great for your butt, thighs and core. Natural ability to shake your booty will be helpful.

Bum Bum Rapido-Only got 10 minutes? Here's the workout that everyone has time to fit into their schedule. Very fast paced variety of cardio moves and squats.

Bum Bum Live-30 minutes Live in New York; a one on one training session. Camera angles are a bit shaky but great addition to learning how to keep good form.

High and Tight-37 minutes. Stretch before starting this workout. This video will have your butt on fire! It works every single muscle. Your thighs and core will get a workout too. The first section you have the option of putting bands around your feet. The bands are awkward at first but worth it. Great resistance and you can instantly feel your muscles working. He goes through a series of step resistance and leg lifts while in the standing position. The second section you wrap the bands just above the knee. While lying on the floor you do a series of leg lifts. The third section you put ankle weights on. This is a floor routine with a series of leg lifts. He continues to alter the angles of the movements so every muscle is working.

Scupt-48 minutes. Cardio warm-up. The first half of this video is great for light weight lifting to sculpt the upper body while combining lower body movements for a total body workout; perfect for getting a toned body without getting bulky muscles. The second half focuses on giving you a complete abs/core workout.

Cardio Axe-32 minutes. Dancing ability and coordination a must...or take the time to hit pause as you learn each move. If you are looking for a workout that is more like a Brazilian dance party, this is the workout for you. You will shimmy, shake and groove through this workout.

Abs-18 minutes Variety of crunches, leg lifts and plank moves to focus on your abs.
