More on my barefoot journey...
Yesterday I woke up and did Turbo Jam 20 min in the morning. Felt good to loosen everything up. In the evening I did Plyo Cardio Circuit. Great!
Same as the day before, my feet needed to warm up like the rest of me, then I made it through the whole workout. By this morning, I was stiff, sore, and tired.
An odd feeling was in the calous on my right big toe. I am a backpacker so I have a specific set of calouses that I am used to. Now I am changing those for something different. This discomfort wasn't really pain; more of an odd little tingle a few millimeters beneath the skin. It went away.
This evening I did Cardio Recovery. Thankfully. My calves are sore like they haven't been in a long long time. Legs too. I am jumping more and more like a cat and my feet are screaming to be out of the shoes every chance they get. My toes are grabbing things like curious little monkeys and it's a new sort of fun watching them grow.
And we are only on day 3 of the journey...
