So I can't say much about this one... I have been working a lot more via Insanity so I wanted to do some P90X: Back & Biceps this morning. I hope to do Insanity this afternoon, but it's a maybe at this point.
Still, doing the standing moves in Back and Biceps required a bit more stabilization on the part of my feet than I had thought about. It wasn't foot work the same way barefoot Insanity is, but there were some stabilization muscles firing off more than when I wear my running shoes with the Superfeet insoles that I have sworn by since my Beckham fracture in August 2009.
I am thinking that strengthening my feet will prevent that same break in the future.
