Summary: Final week of my P90X Insanity Hybrid.
Exercise Goal: Daily workouts (6 days) following the Hybrid XI Plan.
Exercise Summary: I have been stressing to finish off this college term early so I can get a good seat in Summer term at Portland State School of Business. As such, I missed several workouts and decided to go ahead and do my final fit test a few days early. This was compounded by a 30 mile hike I had planned for the weekend. So instead of testing on Sunday, I tested on Thursday. While I have consistently watched my strength go up over the last three months, I was concerned that I could not reach my goal of 30% increase in strength. I did it.

Diet Summary: I think for the duration of the program, I should have done much better. I got lazy but learned a lot about meal planning. The new meal planning online tool should help a bunch. You can see that in my increase in Body Fat %. I think I will aim to get this a little lower for my next S.M.A.R.T. Goal.
