Yesterday was day 3. The workout was Core Cardio Power. The workout was aimed at large, power movements for lower and lower body. It is about 39 minutes and 15 seconds.
The first 10 minutes is warm-up and stretch. Again Warning: the warm-up is pretty tough. By the end of the warm-up, my legs were starting to burn.
20 minutes into it I was tiring again. The Power Jumps I think were trying to kill me and make me take a break. I powered through and finished this set without breaking rhythm. My tempo should have been faster at the end, but at least I was able to keep pushing.
With 10 minutes and 50 seconds to go, I had to take my first non-granted break for 10 seconds. The Globe Jumps were doing me in. This happened again at 9:30 and 6 remaining respectively.
My diet was a little better yesterday, but still not tracking it on paper. I am starting that today.
Here's the kicker: I cheated again yesterday by doing Plyo Cardio Circuit in the evening with a friend! I know, I am such a cheater. I am pushing hard. What are you doing?
My legs hurt this morning and my back is a little tight.
