Don't be confused: The Fit Test is a workout designed to measure your growth over the next 60 days. It should hurt as bad on day 60 as it does on day one. I will let you know when I get to day 60.
For now, I will tell you, it hurts pretty good. The workout/fit-test consists of a warm-up, stretch, test, cool-down, and stretch. The test uses a list of different exercises in sixty seconds each to see how many reps you can squeeze into a one minute period. It's ok to take breaks during this minute. I took breaks during the last two plank exercises as well as during power jumps.
It took about 25 minutes and by the cool down I was sweating a great deal even though I keep my gym about 55 degrees. That cool air probably contributes to the mild burn in my lungs; I will see if it gets better with time.
