As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am trying harder over the next 60 days to manage my calories better. Shawn T teaches the Harris Benedict Equation which is what the Navy taught me also. Rather than spell it out for you, I found this neat link you can follow.

The initial calculator is for your Basal Metabolic Rate. You will need to follow the instructions to the Harris-Benedict Equation to find a multiplier for your activity level. Finally, you will be shown how to add or subtract calories to gain or lose weight.
