1. Pour a cup of real cold water in the shaker (I have a shaker for you)
2. Add a scoop of Shakeology to the water –and some fiber boost if you like
3. Assemble shaker and shake the heck out of it
4. Pour into 16oz glass and add a cup of milk, almond milk, etc
5. Stir with spoon and enjoy.
I find water is a better solvent than milk so it blends easier. In the mornings before school I mix a double and pour it into a 32oz lexan bottle and toss it in my cooler. I have it for a 10am and 3pm snack, sometimes with an apple or other fruit.
When I am not in a hurry, I may add a banana, some peanut butter, ice coffee, raspberries, peppermint extract, whatever! So yummy. There is another flavor called greenberry that is great with any fruit. I don't have any samples of it right now. We were about to release vanilla when the vendor told us that FDA allows a certain amount of ethylene glycol to enhance the vanilla flavor. We set higher standards than the FDA so we are still working on it.
Note: if you aren't use to taking a probiotic, you may feel the affects the first week. I may suggest considering half a serving the first few days to ease your system into it.
