Did P90X: Legs and Back Friday. I did it barefoot for the first time. Youchieeeee!
My calves are still on fire! The stabilization was amazing, but the way it worked was something completely different. I think I will have to walk it off today talking a little hike on the beach for my rest day.
I recommend lighter weight the first time you do anything barefoot and Legs & Back is no exception.
In fairness, I had something working in my favor: extra breaks to train new workout partners! My new workout partners are Nicole (8) and Natalie (11). They are my daughters and they are both going to be doing a little P90X with me this summer to stay in shape! I will be blogging that separately but I am VERY excited about it!
