This is a nice recovery workout with just a little burn on the hip flexers and in the shoulders. There really isn't much more to say than that.
The workout was about 37 and a half minutes with the usual breaks scattered every three to five minutes in just the right places. Shawn T instructs you to take it easy and not push yourself too hard and it is an order that is easy to follow.
Most of the time my heart rate stayed under 160 but there were a few spikes over 170 when Shawn T gives permission to push a little harder.
I can't say I didn't sweat, but I can say my lungs felt pretty good and I didn't feel like I could hit the wall very easily in this workout.
Core Cardio and Balance is a nice recovery workout that gets some blood flow to all of your muscles and burns your shoulders in a way they haven't been worked yet in the program.
I forgot to mention I got the kids doing this one with me...
